We offer comprehensive insurance solutions for watercraft owners. Our coverage includes protection for reasonable costs incurred towards stowage, safekeeping, moving, or transporting the watercraft after loss or damage. Additionally, our coverage includes salvaging costs incurred for the recovery of the watercraft, with written consent from ALJ. We also cover reasonable costs incurred towards returning the watercraft to normal stowage after repairs, following due authorisation.
Our coverage includes emergency accommodation for a maximum of two nights for you and one passenger in the event that a journey cannot be completed. Additionally, we provide trauma treatment by a registered professional counsellor following the hijacking of the watercraft. Our insurance coverage also includes emergency payments for which you are liable for any public authority due to loss or damage to the watercraft. We understand that emergency repairs may be necessary following loss or damage, which is why our insurance covers emergency repairs up to R5 000.
